I recently had my check up and cleaning with Dr. Francuzik and Cindy. They were thorough during the whole visit and made me feel comfortable and addressed any concerns I had. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist! (:

I’ve been going to here for many years and I Love my Dentist Dr. Rekken she is so amazing. She’s friendly, positive, very kind and shows extreme patience. I usually get my teeth cleaned by the hygienist Melissa Fritz and she is also amazing. She’s gentle, also kind and is happy to answer any question you can think of to help you on your dental journey. Today, however I had a hygienist that was new to me, ( I will just say first name Ingrid out of respect) and it was a horrible experience. I doubt she purposely hurt me but I’ve NEVER felt this kind of stabbing pain when getting both probed and cleaned. I immediately could taste blood. My mouth was bleeding more than it ever has in my entire time here. Honestly, it felt as if she was rushing and although she apologized when I told her she was stabbing me during the probing, she continued to stab my gums during the cleaning. Even when I flinched, or even moved my head she just kept going. Unfortunately , I left traumatized today. Could be tenure, could be experience, maybe she was indeed rushing but either way, I’m still trembling and it takes me back to being afraid to come to the dentist again. I still plan on coming here because everyone else has been a blessing form the most part, but someone needs to understand my experience to avoid this happening to someone else. I will add I did say something on my way out and they said she wouldn’t ever be my hygienist again and offered for me to speak to the manager but I had to get out of there because I was about to cry. My gums are in pain as I write this. This is is the reason for my 1-star. Edit: I definitely still love this place. I feel like that. My previous experience may have been a one off but overall this is an excellent dentist. I will be going here forever if possible and I’m changing my one star to a five star because even though I had that one bad experience overall, this is a wonderful establishment. The ladies in the front are always super sweet and helpful. They go above and beyond to make accommodations for me. Dr. Rekken is the most amazing dentist I’ve ever seen…I can’t say how much I love her enough. My hygienist Melissa Fritz is a true professional and never makes me feel uncomfortable in anyway. Schedule here. You won’t regret it.
