The person that cleaned my teeth was a sweetheart

I had to have a crown done about a week ago. Dr. Chambers and her assistant did such a great job. From the beginning to end they took excellent care of me. I highly recommend Dr.Chambers. I also have anxiety and they were both so good to me.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here. I came in with a painful dental emergency after not having been to a dentist in over five years because of dental fear. My dental insurance found this office because they were in-network for my out-of-state emergency, and amazingly, they were able to see me the same day, within the hour! A special thank you to Irma, who initially spoke with my insurance company and helped get me in that very day. When you're away from home and experiencing a painful dental emergency, having someone willing to help you so quickly means more than I can express. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Logan made an excellent first impression. He greeted me with a smile, helped me through check-in, and clearly explained my costs and insurance coverage. Everything was thoroughly explained and even printed and organized in a professional folder for me. Dani was wonderful! She was professional and friendly and made me so comfortable during my X-rays that it felt like I was being cared for by a friend. I also met Dr. Francuzik, who was awesome! She took the time to explain my dental needs and treatment options so I understood what to expect moving forward. She will be performing my upcoming dental work, and I genuinely feel confident and comfortable having her take care of my teeth. That means a great deal to someone who avoided dental care for years because of fear. My dental hygienist, Cindy, was AMAZING! Her communication throughout my deep cleaning was exceptional. She explained what she was doing every step of the way. After more than five years of dental fear, I wasn't afraid here. I actually felt relaxed and confident that I was in capable hands. I was especially impressed by how thorough they were. Another dental office wanted to divide my deep cleaning into four visits, but this office completed it in one visit without rushing or cutting corners. They took images before and after the cleaning to check their work. When they noticed even a tiny speck of buildup remaining on one tooth, they went back and removed it. That level of attention to detail and accountability amazed me! Their equipment and technology appeared state-of-the-art, and the entire office looked and smelled exceptionally clean. I was also impressed with how seriously they appeared to take cleaning and disinfecting their equipment. At checkout, another wonderful staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. I apologize that I didn't write down her name because she absolutely deserves recognition too! She explained the financial assistance and financing options available for the portion insurance didn't cover. I appreciated being given options and treated with kindness without feeling pressured about the cost. The team even stayed past closing to take care of me instead of making me feel rushed. I also went home with the nicest toothbrush kit I've ever received from a dental office! This is how dental care should be: professional, compassionate, thorough, transparent and patient-centered. Thank you Dr. Francuzik, Irma, Logan, Dani, Cindy, and the wonderful woman who helped me at checkout for turning what could have been a frightening experience into such a positive one. After years of dental fear, I left feeling cared for, respected and no longer afraid to come back. I am genuinely grateful my insurance company found you. You haven't just earned my five stars — you've earned my trust!
