She came to me via a referral from a friend of mine with these fears fully intact. After talking with her and realizing her fears were not related to dental work but to the dentist himself, I took 2 full hour visits to just talk and get to know her. On her 3rd visit, we did the cleaning, and on the 4th visit, we did a filling. Her entire demeanor has changed because of just listening and learning."
